I have just read an interesting report about Zero Moment of Truth but what does it mean?
Google have produced an interesting report on Zero Moment of Truth. It's 75 pages long and it's a very interesting read.
The Zero moment of truth is all about the way we are using the Internet to Shop, and how social media is helping to promote brands, how people are using review sites and the all-important Google places to find local business to buy these goods from. They have called it Winning the Zero
